At Fatboy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your new home essentials. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
